TabTrade.com - The Honest Breakdown

The Broker — The Short Version

Tab Trade went live in March 2026. Trading platform registered in Saint Lucia, licensed through Saint Lucia's FSRA. The guy behind it is Benjamin Boulter. Prior to TabTrade, he was a senior exec at BlackBull Markets, a FMA-regulated broker.

The BlackBull connection tells you something. It means the leadership is not figuring it out from scratch. That is not a guarantee. But more reassuring than a founder with no industry background.

TabTrade came out of the gate with Equinix LD4/LD5 connectivity. Same facilities banks and hedge funds use. The typical new launch starts with a white-label MT4 setup. TabTrade led with infrastructure. Interesting choice.

The instrument list: FX, stock indices, metals, commodities, equities, cryptocurrencies, exchange-traded funds. A wide spread. For a platform that launched in March 2026, that range is solid.

What You Trade On

They offer: MT5, cTrader by Spotware, and web trading. Both platforms from one account. A lot of brokers only give you one or the other. Getting both makes a difference. Use whichever you prefer.

MT5 is the industry standard. Complete charts, EAs, massive community. If you know MetaTrader previously, it is familiar territory.

cTrader by Spotware is the cleaner option. Cleaner order book. Smoother chart interaction. Native automated trading. A lot of traders prefer it after using both.

Direct FIX connectivity is available for bots but is only on the VIP account ($25k minimum). TradingView charting is said to be on the roadmap. That will round things out when it lands.

What You Pay

Three levels: Standard, Edge, VIP.

Standard. Spreads from 1.0 pips. Commission-free. Simple. Zero deposit requirement. Works for people who want simple pricing.

Edge account. True raw pricing from 0.0 pips average. Flat commission of $3.50 each way. Total cost: spread plus $7 per lot round-turn. On liquid pairs, the raw spread is frequently below 0.2 pips. Meaning your real cost can be under half a pip. That is hard to beat for a broker with $0 to start. Most brokers that run raw pricing at this level ask for $500 or $1,000 upfront. Tab Trade does not.

VIP account. $25k to open. FIX connectivity, sub-20ms execution, tailored rates. Not relevant to the average person. Do not worry about it unless you move real size.

Execution Speed

The execution is the thing TabTrade separates from most new launches. Equinix LD4/LD5. Under 30ms on Edge. Below 20ms on VIP. Those are not marketing fluff. Most retail brokers run hundreds of milliseconds.

Does it matter? For short-term trading, absolutely. The difference between fast execution and sluggish execution is the difference between. If you swing trade, you will not notice. The point is they invested in proper execution. That signals something about priorities.

Pair that infrastructure with the Edge account pricing and what you get holds up. Hardly anyone at this price point offer execution like this.

Regulation

This is the part you need to be straight about. The broker is under the FSRA in Saint Lucia. That is outside tier-1 jurisdiction. No CySEC. No government-backed safety net. If the lack of tier-1 regulation makes you uncomfortable, this broker is not for you. Lots of ASIC-licensed brokers out there.

That said. The person running it spent years at BlackBull Markets, an FMA-regulated broker. The Equinix infrastructure is not cheap. Dodgy operations do not invest in Equinix connectivity. That does not make it safe. But inform your assessment.

The deal: no FCA or ASIC safety net. What you get instead: high leverage, cheap spreads, no minimum deposit, fast fills. Whether the trade-off works comes down to your priorities.

Deposit Bonus

Tab Trade runs a deposit bonus of up to two thousand dollars. Standard sign-up bonus. You deposit, they add bonus funds. The normal fine print: trading volume requirements before bonus funds can be taken out. Check the terms before you commit.
